Liberouter: Open Source Router Hardware
last edited 2 years ago by shankar
The Liberouter is an open source effort to build a dual-stack (IPv6 and IPv4) router on commodity hardware with a projected throughput of 10Gbs. The project includes a hardware accelerator, COMBO6 for forwarding and filtering packets, and Netopeer, a software system for router and network configuration.
The KAME project provides a reference open source implementation of IPv6 and IPsec.
